At GS Digital Imagery we understand how difficult it can be to choose the right people to take your family portraits.
Below we have answered the most common questions to help you with your decision.
Q.How much does it cost for a Photo shoot?
A. We believe that all people should be able to afford a Professional Photo Session, for that reason we only charge £25 for the initial shoot. For your £25 you get a full photo shoot in your own home, a Photo DVD set to music and thumbnails of each image on contact sheets. Any extra cost is entirely up to the customer with additional sales. NO hidden extras!
Q. Do we have to Pay a Deposit?
A. No we do not ask for a Deposit, we only ask for payment once you are totally satisfied with the Photographs.
Q. Where will the Photographs be taken?
A. We bring the studio to your home, the most important thing about being photographed is that you feel comfortable about the experience, we find this works best in familiar surroundings, we also shoot on any location of your choice.
Q. What type of Photographs can we have taken?
A. We can take anything from individual’s to group shots, from babies to adults and we also accommodate family pets from Dogs to Parrots. We can also provide Colour and Black and White prints.
Q. How long does the session take?
A. We always say allow an hour for the 'shoot' although time is not important to us, your satisfaction is. We will make every effort to get 'that' photo for you. Please dont be afraid to ask if you have anything in particular in mind or want to change clothes etc.
Q. What packages do you offer?
A. Difficult one to answer, we give you what you want, we dont believe you should be tied to any package. We have no minimum order, its entirely up to the customer.
Q. What happens if we want extra copies of our Photographs at a later date?
A. All Photographs taken on the day will be transferred to disc and will be kept indefinitely so no matter how long it is, we will always be able to provide copies and reprints.
Q. How do we pay for the Photographs?
A. Once delivered and the images are approved by yourself you can choose how to pay, whether it be in one lump sum or decide to pay by 20 weekly instalments. (see example)
